I have just purchased the product from this website. I can bet that my city local vendors provide 1000 times better product and services than this. The quality, pricing and most importantly REFUND policy of the product is just one sided and in every sense the buyer is in extreme loss after buyng the product and even if someone wants the refund of the product.
The Customer care service is like they are dealing with any neighbour to whom they reply or talk as per their moods. The level of negtive attitude while a customer asking for the refund they show is "999". Deal with customers like they have given any loan or something to that particular person and now that person is liable for the things.
I must say i have never visited and had purchase anything from this kinda new online stores neither i want to visit such again. Purchasing and when after receiving the product wanting refund is like climbing the mountains on this store.
